About this deal

The middle of the book, which is the lion's share of it, is written by the artist and covers the individual cards. Law's lyrical explorations of the cards suggest meanings and interpretations, but they often avoid explicit explanations of many of the details in her images. With many of the details left unexplained, those who like to have things spelled out explicitly may be disappointed at times by the book. But if you prefer to explore things on your own, helped perhaps by hints and suggestive stories, then the book will serve you well. And of course if you're an experienced Tarot reader, you may just ignore the book all together.

keywords to help. This is somewhat effective for beginners! 4. Focus on the main details in Shadowscapes Tarot In contrast, in a negative scheme, it shows the damage and the involvement of a losing battle. You can do your best to reduce damage and exit the battle. When the Seven of Wands appears in the question about finance, you can expect a growth. For example, you get a bonus which you do not expect or discover that something you own is worth more than what you think. In short, your financial situation will have an increase. Consider how you use and invest this amount. Think about the long term. Health She ignores the summons, until one day that siren song unexpectedly explodes and fills her to the brim. Its pulse is undeniable. "Where?" she asks again, and this time the steady beat of her heart is the response.

Shadowscapes Tarot review by James Ricklef

In the early 20th century, the legendary author of the horror genre H.P. Lovecraft wrote a description of an ancient mystical book called Necronomicon by a poet as well as an adventurous explorer – the Arabs Abduh Alhazred, as a “whimsical whispers”. After that, Donald Tyson was inspired by the myth of Lovecraft – based on that book – to release the Necronomicon Tarot which is the last of Tyson’s series of three works.

While most of Stephanie's work is done with watercolors, she experiments with pen & ink, intaglio printing, acrylic, and digital painting as well. This reversed card may imply a sense of anxiety. If you are feeling anxious, try to find out what causes you to feel so, and what you can do to change it. Sometimes anxiety will be relieved by action. If you need help to deal with this feeling or to support the necessary actions, do not let your self-esteem stop you from making the request. The Seven of Wands reversed may imply some disturbance of money. Someone may promise and then do not transfer or pay the loan for you on time. Expected bonuses may not be paid or may be available only to certain people. If everything goes wrong, this may be the time to look for another job. People who appreciate their staffs will not treat them that way. HealthAt the end of the book, Barbara presents the following spreads: the One Card spread, the Three Card spread, the traditional Celtic Cross spread, a five card “Is Love In The Stars?” spread, a seven card “Will It Last?” spread, a four card “Balancing Act” spread, the seven card “A Journey” spread, a four card “Message From The Universe” spread, and a six card “Dream Come True” spread. In a committing relationship, this reversed card may imply that one or both sides are hesitating about something. This is usually due to one of two things: the fear which is too big of moving on together or simply it is not the right time to move forward. In the first case, the solution is to talk and discuss. If you are in the process of finding love, the first thing to do is step outside, get out and enjoy the fun, and let life leads you. It is counterproductive to be overthinking about the exact standards of a “perfect partner” because there will be no such person. Finance The Fool has come a long way, traveled from far beyond to come to this pinnacle that rises up upon the edge of the world; and yet her journey is just about to begin. She senses this with instinctive perceptions as she rises up upon her toes, caught up in the breathless embrace of the wind in the moment before the plunge. Her heart pounds and flutters in her chest with the force of a hundred beating wings struggling to break free of the cage of her being; until she feels she must be sprouting wings from her shoulders to glide forth from that place, transformed.

It also points out that you feel being criticized by others. Your family or friends are asking why you do it. You wish they could shut up and leave you alone. Intuitive, elegant interface is easy for beginners and experts

Shadowscapes Tarot Review by Raya P.

One of my favorite cards is the Fool. A female figure stands atop a pinnacle, rising up at the edge of the world, her arms outspread. A fox sits at her feet, unable to comprehend the leap of faith (and literal leap) that the Fool is about to take. In the suit of Cups it is no surprise that we see lots of fish and mermaids (and mermen) and the dominant colors are cool shades of blue.

The Wands cards are mostly populated with foxes and felines, and they are painted in warm amber hues. Do not hesitate to clarify your position with everyone. When you have clear thinking, you will be able to support others by going into details of their problem. This card may imply that a change is coming – and that it is a positive change – in your personal life or business. It also shows the status of being independent and thinking for yourself. WorkThe Fool is a symbol for new beginnings and adventures, pleasure, passion, thoughtless and rash. Like the Fool, you may stand upon the precipice gazing out into the unknown; and there is either an oblivious foolishness to the terrible plunge you may experience, or else a wild spirit of adventure and great faith and knowledge in that which can and will bear you up and guide through the times to come. There are unlimited possibilities opening up for the seeker. Stephanie Pui-Mun Law has been painting fantastic otherworlds from early childhood, though her art career did not begin until 1998 when she graduated from a program of Computer Science. After three years of programming for a software company by day and rushing home to paint into the midnight hours, she left the world of typed logic and numbers, for painted worlds of dreams and the fae. Done in watercolor, the colors are all pastels, predominately lavender, yellow, blue, and a muted orange/red. The style is fantasy (again – much like artist Lisa Hunt’s work. There is a continual feeling of flowing throughout the cards.
